We loved the convenient location of the hotel near the train station and AEON mall. The staff was polite and spoke English well. The room was clean and had a unique pillow selection system. The breakfast offered was good quality and different from what we're used to.

The location of Super Hotel Tottori is unbeatable, just a 3-minute walk from the JR station and bus station. The convenience factor is a big plus. The complimentary drink bar creates a welcoming atmosphere, where guests gather and chat in a warm environment. The larger room size and transparent window make the space feel comfortable, bright, and spacious.
The onsen experience was not up to par. The alternating usage between men and women made me uncomfortable, especially since there was only one dressing table available.

The hotel had a great Welcome Bar with a variety of alcohol and breakfast was included. the staff was polite and accommodating, and the hot spring bath was a lovely bonus.
The parking lot was poorly maintained and covered in snow, and there was no one available to clear it. the room was quite small and cramped, especially the restroom, which was also poorly designed.

The hotel is situated near the AEON mall with many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores around. the staff speaks good English and check-in and out is easy. the Japanese breakfast is above average with many pillow types to choose from.
The beds are quite hard, which may not be to everyone's liking.

The hotel had a great location near the station and there were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options. the onsen baths were a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
The room was on the small side and the bed was a bit hard for my liking. , while the onsen was nice, it could get quite crowded during peak times, which detracted from the overall experience.
